01 About These Terms

These terms govern the use of corevia.systems and the purchase of Corevia products and services. By using this website or purchasing from Corevia, you accept these terms.

02 Done-for-You Services

Each Done-for-You engagement is governed by a signed Proposal and Engagement Letter and a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Where those documents differ from these terms, the signed documents prevail. Scope, fees, turnaround, and revisions are as set out in the engagement letter.

03 Fees and Payment

All prices are stated in US dollars. Fees for Done-for-You services are fixed and payable in full, in advance, after the engagement letter is signed. Turnaround is counted in business days from receipt and acceptance of the completed questionnaire and all required supporting documents.

04 Refunds

Done-for-You services: the fee is refunded in full if the engagement is canceled before Corevia receives the completed questionnaire. Once work has begun, the fee is non-refundable. Systems and ebooks: these are digital products delivered immediately on purchase and are non-refundable.

05 Nature of Services

Corevia prepares advisory documents and provides structured systems and templates. Corevia does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice, does not audit or verify client information, and does not act as an investment adviser, broker, or placement agent. Nothing on this website or in any Corevia document is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security.

06 No Guarantee of Outcome

Corevia documents are prepared from information supplied by the client and from public sources. Corevia does not guarantee any investment, financing, valuation, or transaction outcome. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for all decisions made using Corevia documents.

07 Confidentiality

Corevia treats all client information as confidential. Client identities and work are not disclosed to third parties without written consent. Sample documents shown on this website are based on fictional companies.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, and all Systems, templates, and ebooks, remain the property of Corevia. Purchasers of Systems and ebooks receive a license to use them for their own business and may not resell, share, or redistribute them. Clients own the final deliverables of a Done-for-You engagement once paid in full. Corevia retains its methods, templates, and know-how.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Corevia's total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service. Corevia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. The courts of the State of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
